ATTENTION! USA Customers! The US government now requires that import tariffs must be prepaid at time of shipping, regardless of the cost of the merchandise (no de minimis). The rate is currently 10% on all commercial goods; subject to change without notice. This tariff is not included in the final price at checkout and constitutes an extra charge. After receipt of the order, Grad Central will calculate the tariff and contact our US customer to advise of the additional cost. - All delivery times are estimates only, and are based on Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery standards at time of departure from our Victoria facility to the shipping address provided by the customer.
- Lead times for Special Orders are in addition to the shipping times noted above. We will provide more information on lead times when the order is confirmed.
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time and shipping charges.
- Cross border orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage and other fees for the jurisdiction of the recipient to be paid upon delivery. Grad Central is not responsible for these costs, and they are not included in the price.
